Prof. Dr. med. Sascha Flohé

Sascha is one of the five medical initiators and co-founders of CONUS. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, he shapes the medical direction of the platform.

After positions in Essen and Düsseldorf, he has headed the Department of Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, and Hand Surgery at Städtisches Klinikum Solingen as chief physician since 2015. He is a member of the executive board of the German Society for Trauma Surgery and has contributed to the TraumaRegister DGU, and continuing education formats such as ATLS and TDSC.

With more than 140 scientific publications and his long-standing work in trauma care, Sascha stands for evidence-based medicine, clinical quality, and the advancement of surgical standards.
