Make reliable medical device information accessible wherever it is needed.
We started in orthopedics and trauma surgery, where complex products and fragmented information make this problem especially visible. Today, we are expanding across specialties and markets, building the structured information base for how medical devices are understood, used and eventually ordered.

From clinical experience to a digital knowledge platform
Founding
Vincent Paffrath and the German Academy for Trauma Surgery joined the initiative. In March 2022, CONUS Medical Solutions GmbH was founded.
Building
With Alexander Schulz and Maximilian Becker, the team built the platform, structured device information and integrated manufacturer content and hospital workflows.
European traction. US expansion.
CONUS is live in 18 European hospitals and works with medical device manufacturers. In 2026, we joined Y Combinator and began expanding into the US.
