Dr. med. Lutz Mahlke

Lutz is one of the five medical initiators and co-founders of CONUS. He brings more than 30 years of experience in orthopedics, trauma surgery, and sports traumatology.

After positions in Hanover and Kiel, he became chief physician at St. Josefs-Krankenhaus Salzkotten in 2006. Since 2009, he has headed the Department of Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery, and Sports Traumatology at St. Vincenz-Krankenhaus Paderborn.

As an ATLS course director, Fellow of the European Board of Surgery, and certified knee surgeon, Lutz combines surgical experience with a strong focus on treatment standards, education, and sports medicine.
